Information you provide

When you call, email, use a request form or send a WhatsApp message, PTX may receive your name, contact details, property location, service description, photographs and access or scheduling information.

How information is used

Information is used to respond, assess service needs, prepare scheduling or estimates, maintain customer and work records, improve the website and meet legal or safety obligations.

Website request delivery

The request page identifies the currently active intake path. PTX may use its established Microsoft Forms and Microsoft 365 workflow or a PTX-hosted form. A native website submission is written to private, durable Canadian-hosted storage before notification is attempted; optional media remains available only through a protected staff portal. Microsoft 365 may send the customer a confirmation and alert PTX staff. Simpro is a separate operational system and does not replace the durable website record.

Native customer reviews

A customer may submit feedback directly on the PTX website without using Google. PTX privately stores the review, name and verification contact. Nothing is published automatically. Website publication requires the customer to select the separate publication permission and an authorized PTX administrator to approve the review. Public display uses a first name and last initial and excludes private contact details and exact property addresses.

Optional website analytics

PTX uses a consent-controlled Google Tag Manager container and Google Analytics 4 to understand page use and privacy-safe contact actions. Analytics does not load until a visitor accepts analytics. Declining leaves analytics storage denied. PTX does not send service-request names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, request descriptions, photos or videos to analytics. A visitor can reopen Privacy choices and change the decision.

Service providers and systems

PTX may use website hosting, Microsoft 365 email, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, communications, accounting and Simpro service-management tools to operate the business. Access should be limited to the functions those providers perform.

Photographs and public content

Customer photographs, video and job records are not automatically approved for public marketing. Native-form attachments remain private and are not attached to notification email. Public job stories will exclude exact addresses and identifying details unless appropriate authorization exists.

Retention and security

Records are retained only as reasonably needed for service, operational, warranty, accounting, legal and safety purposes. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
