01

Information you provide

When you call, email, use a request form or send a WhatsApp message, PTX may receive your name, contact details, property location, service description, photographs and access or scheduling information.

02

How information is used

Information is used to respond, assess service needs, prepare scheduling or estimates, maintain customer and work records, improve the website and meet legal or safety obligations.

03

Website request delivery

During the current launch period, PTX uses an established Microsoft Forms and Microsoft 365 workflow for online requests. Responses may be recorded in PTX's Microsoft 365 systems, a confirmation may be emailed to the customer, and customer information may be added to Simpro for operational follow-up. PTX's direct website-to-Simpro intake remains inactive until its dedicated integration is approved and tested.

04

Service providers and systems

PTX may use website hosting, email, analytics, communications, accounting and service-management providers to operate the business. Access should be limited to the functions those providers perform.

05

Photographs and public content

Customer photographs and job records are not automatically approved for public marketing. Public job stories will exclude exact addresses and identifying details unless appropriate authorization exists.

06

Retention and security

Records are retained only as reasonably needed for service, operational, warranty, accounting, legal and safety purposes. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
