Documented field work
Before, rebuild and recorded result

The need
The job record describes work to put in wiring for two new fixtures and install two wall sconces. It also records preparation for a new ceiling light fixture.
PTX's approach
The recorded steps included measuring and laying out the two wall sconces, notching drywall for the fixture wiring, installing backplates and plastic wire moulding, and installing junction boxes. The team ran BX cable and single-conductor wiring, made wire splices in the recorded junction boxes, and accessed the ceiling by removing three PVC panels. A T-bar octagon box was then installed for the ceiling fixture, with the PVC panels glued back into place.
The recorded result
The record states that two wall sconces and one new ceiling light fixture were installed. It also states that the second bulb height was set with the owner, the remaining PVC tiles were glued back to the T-bar ceiling, and the work area was cleaned up. The completed date is recorded as August 10, 2026.
