Documented field work
Before, rebuild and recorded result

The damage documented
The job record includes clear photographs of burned receptacle and communications components in the affected work area. Those images establish the starting condition without identifying the customer or exact property.
The rebuild scope
PTX completed the approved fixed-price scope to supply and install devices after the fire. The recorded materials include new EMT conduit, device and junction boxes, insulated conductors, grounding components, receptacles and communications connectors.
Installation and reconnection
The work record shows new conduit pathways and boxes, new receptacle devices, bonding and grounding work, and re-terminated communications connections. The photographs provide a useful sequence from damaged components to the rebuilt installation.
The recorded result
The completed-job photographs document the rebuilt devices and show receptacles tested with a plug-in tester. This story does not claim an inspection result or certification that is not recorded in the available job evidence.
