The need

The recorded scope was to inspect the sauna and washing machine needs, including an updated adaptor. The work notes also describe troubleshooting and repair involving the washer, dryer and sauna circuit.

PTX’s approach

PTX Electric worked through the appliance setup by pulling out the dryer and locating an outlet on its back side where the washer could be plugged in. The washer was connected, and the dryer was put back. At the electrical panel, the subpanel cover was removed and wires for the sauna that were not terminated in the breaker were terminated. The notes identify Ethan Woods and Steven Page as the workers associated with the completed work.

The recorded result

The washer was tested and recorded as turning on. The sauna was tested after the wires were terminated in the breaker and was recorded as working properly. The work was completed on August 25, 2026.

What property decision-makers can learn

This example shows why appliance connections and panel wiring should be reviewed together when a property has related electrical concerns. The documented work involved locating an existing outlet, connecting and testing the washer, and addressing the recorded sauna wiring at the panel. Conditions at another property may differ, so this story should not be treated as a diagnosis or scope of work for another site.
