When that didn't work, the technician Brendan they sent out was super friendly, on time, and got the job done professionally. Maggie the office manager was also very easy to work with and helped out with a second site visit free of charge. I highly recommend them, and will refer them to anyone I know for future work.

PTX provided excellent customer service and answered all our questions. Andrew was great and we look forward to getting our panel upgrade completed this summer. Update (post project): PTX's workmanship and skill at solving challenges exceeded my expectations. Andrew H. did a fantastic job with a tricky mast installation outside our renovated kitchen and the new 200A panel looks great downstairs. The special thing about PTX is that it's like they are working on their own house. For the new 240V plug they installed, I asked if I could rotate later if needed. Andrew told me he already put in a 180 degree twist in the wiring to ensure we never have an orientation problem down the road. PTX is definitely trustworthy and worth the money.

Andrew and the team always have my back. As a contractor I wear all the hats and it is really nice to pass one off to PTX. Always willing to go the extra mile and help out when needed all the guys are professional, knowledgeable, on time, organised and responsive. When I need to look back on a job from 2 years ago the photos, scope and tasks are all there for us to review. Have worked with these guys a couple of years now and look forward to more.

Both Andrews I worked with were good professionals and pleasant to work with. Overall, the entire crew was responsive, went above and beyond to make my project happen, get the permit in a very short time and have it successfully completed. Getting the electrical permit and the Strata to approve HVAC installation at a concrete tower condo would not have been possible without their help.
