We have used PTX services at least three times in the last year. In every instance, I have found them to be professional and courteous. When they leave, they clean up at the end of the day so you would never know that repairs, etc. had taken place - except that they had! Their finished work is always of a high quality. I am so glad that my son recommended PTX to me for those jobs that are beyond my husband and I to do any more.

I chose PTX because Andrew sent me a detailed quote and responded immediately to my request. Willie did an excellent job of removing kitchen tiles and installing new drywall and Mitch disconnected and installed new plumbing and faucet to complete my kitchen counter reno. PTX has a wide range of experienced trades people who were able to satisfy my reno requirements completely. I highly recommend PTX. Had power out late in the evening. Andrew came for the emergency call and fixed the issue promptly. He took the care to further check for other issues and then took the time to provide explanation preventing similar situations from occurring. Great service, experience and passion for the work. Was originally given some advice over the phone just to make sure the problem was not with my washer. Came the same day to fix. Landon was the electrician, very nice young man. He showed me exactly what he was doing. Wiring was a mess. I really hope the problem has been resolved after changing breaker and doing some rewiring. Owner even followed up to make sure I was satisfied.

I needed a ceiling fan installed and contacted PTX on a Sunday afternoon expecting a response on Monday but to my surprise, I received a clear, detailed response immediately. I picked a time and date, had to reschedule the time (my fault) but the entire process was fast and painless. Within a few days, Andrew popped by (the other Andrew), figured out our electrical situation and had the fan installed and running in under an hour. Im very satisfied with their booking process and service and they will be my go to guys for any future electrical needs. I cant express how surprisingly easy they are to deal with. We had multiple electrical installations; changed the washroom ventilation fans, got fan timers & dimmer switches, replaced dining room lamp, new outlets, addition of dryer lint trap. Klinton & Landon listened to our needs, came up with problem solving ideas, and provided us with operating instructions to our new gadgets. Thank you for being problem solvers, efficient, clean, & fast!

Clinton came the same day to change out a vanity light fixture. The removal of the old light revealed a small opening which the new light would not cover. He also had to install a junction box. He installed the new fixture, and went over and above by making a neat patch with drywall. He also provided me with another piece of drywall and some wood upon my request, so I could easily replace a different drywall section in my bathroom, left by the installation of my new vanity cabinet. All this was completed within 1.5 hours. I'll call them again for my kitchen renovation!

Called Andrew and his technicians were on site the same day. We are stoked to have his team manage all our electrical issues. Project was on time and under budget. Thanks PTX Electric!
