This is the most friendly and responsive service I've ever used. The owner was awesome and even tried go help me pro bono over the phone. When that didn't work, the technician Brendan they sent out was super friendly, on time, and got the job done professionally. Maggie the office manager was also very easy to work with and helped out with a second site visit free of charge. I highly recommend them, and will refer them to anyone I know for future work.

Update (post project): PTX's workmanship and skill at solving challenges exceeded my expectations. Andrew H. did a fantastic job with a tricky mast installation outside our renovated kitchen and the new 200A panel looks great downstairs. The special thing about PTX is that it's like they are working on their own house. For the new 240V plug they installed, I asked if I could rotate later if needed. Andrew told me he already put in a 180 degree twist in the wiring to ensure we never have an orientation problem down the road. PTX is definitely trustworthy and worth the money.

Andrew and the team always have my back. As a contractor I wear all the hats and it is really nice to pass one off to PTX. Always willing to go the extra mile and help out when needed all the guys are professional, knowledgeable, on time, organised and responsive. When I need to look back on a job from 2 years ago the photos, scope and tasks are all there for us to review. Have worked with these guys a couple of years now and look forward to more.

Both Andrews I worked with were good professionals and pleasant to work with. Overall, the entire crew was responsive, went above and beyond to make my project happen, get the permit in a very short time and have it successfully completed. Getting the electrical permit and the Strata to approve HVAC installation at a concrete tower condo would not have been possible without their help.

Andrew did an amazing job on our home. Installation was well thought out, completed safely, installed with future expansion in mind and everything was well documented and explained. There was no surprise billing and/or nickel and diming for any parts or time.

Andrew and his team did an electrical refit to our 80 year old home based on an Insurance required electrical safety report, and did a superb job. Andrew provided an estimate that met the requirements of the report and our needs. Nothing was oversold. The workmanship was all very professional and the team was pleasant to work with! The staff handyman was to able to do a seamless repair to our antique “California stucco” interior plaster, something we had previously been warned could not be done. It’s pretty much a perfect match from the texture to the paint color. We experienced limited power outage during upgrade. Class “A+” work. Five stars!

Andrew is a polite, friendly, courteous, efficient, helpful electrician who went beyond what we expected. I had purchased the wrong lighting fixture, which would not fit into the space available, and Andrew went to a supplier to retrieve a new appliance, which he measured in the store to ensure it would be correct for the space. He helped us to choose a more appropriate type of appliance for our kitchen and we are truly pleased with all aspects of his work. I would recommend Andrew highly. You will not be disappointed.
