Found these guys through good reviews on Facebook, and hired them to fix an issue with a ceiling light in my parents apartment, as we tried to change and install the ceiling light ourselves and blew something out. Andrew was the technician dispatched to fix the issue. He was extremely friendly, spent time explaining the issue to us and how he was going to fix it, and the experience could not have gone any better. Not to mention the light and switches are now all operational again! We inquired about a separate lighting change above the fireplace, and are looking forward to working with PTX in the future to make that happen! Highly, highly recommend!

Working with PTX was great. They came out quickly during the holidays and fixed my wiring on the first try. From that I hired their handyman, Willie to switch out and paint my front door. He is so nice and personable, he even got his wife to video their own blinds to show me the type he likes best and has checked in with me every step of the way as I choose the materials. It's so nice to feel like you have tradesmen on your side that you can trust.

PTX did a fantastic job of converting my electrical service from an overhead connection to underground, and upgrading my electrical panel. This is the most friendly and responsive service I've ever used. The owner was awesome and even tried go help me pro bono over the phone. When that didn't work, the technician Brendan they sent out was super friendly, on time, and got the job done professionally. Maggie the office manager was also very easy to work with and helped out with a second site visit free of charge. I highly recommend them, and will refer them to anyone I know for future work.
