If I could, I’d give more than five stars to PTX! Their customer service and the skill of their technicians is exemplary. Maggie in dispatch is lovely and thoughtful and kept me updated. I was smelling rubber in my apartment and we couldn’t pinpoint the source. To ensure it wasn’t an electrical issue, PTX sent an electrician out, who arrived when he said he would, was very personable and informative, answered all my questions and explained things clearly and gave me the all-clear. They also sent a contractor to make sure nothing else out of the ordinary, who made a number of suggestions (which I followed) and stool the time to ensure all was was well. I so appreciated that he followed up with me to see if the issue resolved itself (it did). I highly recommend PTX - they know what they’re doing and they are friendly and professional and respectful.

Appointment set up was an absolute breeze. Thanks, Maggie! Great couple of guys that came to fix a faulty light switch and replace some kitchen caulking. I wish I remembered the electricians name (sorry! 😬) but the carpenter by trade’s name was Willy. Incredibly punctual and personable. They were quick and efficient. Will definitely be using PTX again in the future for problems big or small. Thanks, guys!

Had a couple of small issues to fix in a new place i was renting in Richmond. One was a simple light switch replacement, the other was replacing some of the kitchen caulking behind the faucet. Both gentlemen that showed up at 9 were awesome. Incredibly punctual and personable. They loved having an easy start to their day and I was more than happy to gab about trade-work while they quickly got the job done. Will definitely be using PTX for any issues, big or small. Thanks, guys! Great work!

The experience was very positive. The appointment process was seamless and quick. The person that attended my apartment was very kind and was able to complete my repair quickly and efficiently. Will definitely call again for any assistance

I had an emergency for a short circuit at my place and Maggie was amazing sending an excellent electrician - klynton -to fix the problem in such short notice. Thank you both for accommodating my request and for the great service done! I highly recommend PTX.
