Andrew, the certified electrician, did an excellent job correcting the electrical issues and bringing everything up to code properly. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and very reassuring throughout the process. Willie was also incredibly helpful with patching, tile-related work, and helping with all the finishing details. He was patient, hardworking, and made the whole process much easier. I also want to sincerely thank Maggy, who was so kind and supportive from the beginning. She helped guide me through everything, and her kindness truly meant a lot during a stressful time. Shannon from the office was also very professional, responsive, and helpful with communication and paperwork. The entire team was respectful, efficient, and genuinely caring. It is rare to find a company that combines professionalism, honesty, fair pricing, and kindness the way PTX Electric does.
